This fast track, design/build project was completed in just four months. An innovative dual-level lighting system was designed for this $3.5M warehouse project in order to give the owner high lumens but also optimal energy savings. The layout of all electrical items was critical due to the state-of-the-art racking and picking systems.

To accommodate special electrical requirements and scheduling concerns, it was essential that Billitier work very closely with the owner. The state-of-the-art systems and aggressive schedule made for a dynamic and challenging project.
